The White Worker has been published to subscribers and Official Supporters of the ANP for over 25 years, and remains at the unquestioned pinnacle of National-Socialist (NS) literature in the United States, a position it has held for over a decade. Under the brilliant leadership and tremendous effort of our editors over the past seven years, it would be hard to find something of a higher quality anywhere in the world. From reporting and commentary on significant events, to NS philosophy, history, activism tips and free flyers, Mein Kampf excerpts, health & fitness, and so much more from a strictly NS perspective, The White Worker has been a beacon of intellectual motivation for countless thousands of activists who love their race and want to see the fulfillment of the 14 Words.
As we celebrate growth and influence, we stand at a pivotal juncture. The previous two exceptional editors, men of profound intellect and unwavering National-Socialist principles, have successfully elevated this publication to heights previously unimaginable. However, the torch is now ready to be passed, and due to their life circumstances, we are in need of a new Editor-in-Chief to build upon this legacy and guide our publication into its next chapter.
The Mission
The mission of The White Worker (TWW) is clear: to provide uncompromising political, social, and historical analysis from a pro-White, National-Socialist perspective. The publication serves as an educational tool, a source of ideological clarity, and a motivating factor for our people. The Editor-in-Chief is aware of this and is responsible for ensuring that every article, editorial, and piece of content advances our cause with precision, intellectual rigor, and an evolutionary spirit. He doesn’t work alone, of course, and will send drafts of TWW to ANP leadership for review. He also needs to coordinate with regular contributors and provide deadlines for article submissions.
Responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief
- Content Writing and Editing: This includes soliciting articles from Official Supporters, editing all submissions for content, clarity, grammatical accuracy, and ideological soundness. The articles need to have a good appearance with good use of images throughout. The editor is also responsible for writing their own content to include in each issue.
- Quality Control: The editor must have a thorough understanding of National-Socialist ideals and the courage to reject material that is substandard or inaccurate. He can refer to ANP leadership for any questions.
- Production Format: Manage the layout and final production of each issue to ensure a professional and polished final product for our Official Supporters, and any “normie” that might see our work.
The Ideal Candidate
The individual who will assume this role must possess a rare combination of qualities:
- Ideological Commitment: A deep-seated dedication to the survival, expansion, and advancement of our people through the lens of National-Socialist philosophy. This is non-negotiable, and we are not looking for a NS newbie.
- Literary Skill: The ability to write and edit with clarity and sophistication.
- Leadership: This is a position of significant responsibility. The editor must be organized, decisive, and capable of handling the pressures that come with leading a flagship publication. You must be thick-skinned, resilient, and relentlessly focused on the mission.
- Historical Acumen: A firm grasp of true history, particularly the triumphs of National-Socialist Germany and the historical struggles of European peoples, is essential.
- Reliability and Discipline: The movement runs on the tireless work of a dedicated few. We need a leader who is consistently productive, meets deadlines, and understands that the work is what matters.
